Italy’s Manuela Manetta clinched her 2nd World Tour title this year when she defeated Ireland’s #3 seed Aisling Blake 9-3 9-5 4-9 9-7 to win the inaugural Creteil Open at Centre Marie Therese Eyquem in Creteil, France.

Aisling claimed an unexpected place in the final after upsetting #2 seed Joshna Chinappa in the semi-finals. Manuela beat South Africa’s #4 Tenille Swartz in a tough battle which lasted 53 minutes.
