Dipika wins in Germany

The German Junior Open was held at Gerlingen near Stuttgart in Germany. India finished with 2 winners –  Chennai’s Dipika Pallikal outplayed her opponents to win the Under15 title. This is the 3rd time Dipika has clinched the German title

12 year old Mahesh Mangaonkar won his maiden European title when he won the Under 13 title. Mahesh stay and trains in Bombay.

Chennai also  had 2 runners up trophies,  Ramit Tandon in the Under15 Boys category and B.Aparajitha in the Under 13 girls category. Ramit is from Kolkata but has been training in Chennai since Feb. In the B Tournament, Bombay’s Aditya Jagtap won Under15 category while Chennai’s Cyril Kuhn was the Under17 runner up. DNA Article   Squashsite page on the Open in French Boys U-17 B Group Final
