3 Indians in the BJO Final

A perfect result for the Indians on semi final day at the British Junior Open 2009 being held in Sheffield, England with all three Indian players defeating the favoured Egyptians.
Kush Kumar was outstanding yet again in the boys under 13, downing the top seeded Omar El Atlas from Egypt in straight games. He displayed some spectacular shots, and his speed, movement and consistency helped him overcome his opponent with apparent ease, leaving the spectators awed.
Mahesh was his cool and composed self on court, and this proved to be his strength as he paved his way to victory hitting clinical drives and drops. Mahesh defeated favorite Mazen Gamal from Egypt and like Kush will compete in his first British Open final.
Dipika played a repeat match of last year under 17 final against Heba El Torky. It seemed she took off from where she left off, playing aggressive strokes and hitting winners at will. It was a struggle with both girls fighting for their space on court, but Dipika managed to hold off her opponent and win the match in a closely fought 4 games.
